Kathy earned her CPA license in 2004 and began her career in public accounting. She has over twenty years of accounting and tax experience, working in a variety of settings, including tax preparation and provision reviews, consulting, and auditing. Kathy transitioned into the role of accounting and bookkeeping for local businesses in 2018. She is grateful to be a part of the Ferguson Schindler team.
Sarah Toubia

Sarah joined Ferguson Schindler Law Firm, P.C. as a Litigation Paralegal in August 2023. Sarah has a strong background in commercial and civil litigation, her expertise lies in conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting attorneys with case management. Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills ensures the smooth operation of legal proceedings. Having worked on a wide range of cases from high-profile lawsuits to probate matters, Sarah possesses a comprehensive understanding of the legal process. Sarah is excited to be apart of such an amazing team with Ferguson Schindler.
Outside of work, Sarah is a nature lover and a foodie. She can be found exploring Colorado’s many hiking trails with her dog, Piper, or trying new restaurants in the area.
